摘要
为了提高黄刺玫成活率、生根率、缩短生根时间和育苗周期,以野外黄刺玫为材料,研究不同浓度的吲哚-3-丁酸、吲哚乙酸和a-奈乙酸对硬枝扦插黄刺玫枝条生根的影响。结果表明:不同浓度生长剂对重瓣黄刺玫硬枝插穗的生根影响差异显著。其中用100 mg/L吲哚丁酸浸泡3 h生根率最高,平均生根率达72.33%;1 000 mg/L生长剂速蘸10 s平均生根率最低,为18.33%。不同生长剂对黄刺玫生根率影响差异并不显著。
In order to increase the survival rate and rooting rate, shorten the rooting time and seedling period, tak- ing Rosa xanthina Lindl. a. Plena as the material, the influence of IBA, IAA and NAA with different concentra- tions on the rooting of Rosa xanthina Lindl. cb. Plen6 by hardwood cuttage has been studied. The results show that there is obvious influence for growth regulators with different concentrations on the rooting of hardwood cuttings of Rosa xanthina Lindl. cv. Plea. The rooting rate is the highest for soaking in 100 mg/L IBA for 3 h, the average rooting rate is 72.33%. The lowest rooting rate is to quickly dip for 10 s in 1 000 mg/L growth regulato age rooting rate is 18.33%.
