蒸汽发生器管束流弹不稳定性的数值模拟

摘要 蒸汽发生器传热管的完整性对核电站的安全和经济运行有着至关重要的作用。在管束壳侧横向流体作用下,管束会发生三种主要的流体激励振动现象:湍流激励、漩涡脱落以及流弹不稳定。其中流弹不稳定现象可以在很短的时间内破坏传热管的完整性,也是蒸汽发生器传热管破裂事故的主因。因此对流弹不稳定现象的预测与防治也成为蒸汽发生器设计的关键环节。国外一般都基于成熟的经验或理论公式使用专用的软件对流弹不稳定性进行分析,本文通过通用软件ANSYS(模态分析)结合数值计算软件MATLAB对传热管的流弹不稳定进行数值模拟.模拟结果精度可靠.可以用于蒸汽发生器管束流弹不稳定的预测。 The integrity of heat exchange tubes in steam generators is critical to the safety and economy operation of nuclear power plants. There will be three important phenomenons in tube bundle under the action of shell-side's cross-flow: Random Turbulences, Vortex shedding and Fluidelastic instability (FEI). Among them, FEI can destroy the tube's integrity in a short time. It's also the major cause of the Steam Generator Tube Rupture accident. Therefore, the prediction and prevention of the FEI become pivotal in the steam generator's design. In overseas countries, generally, based on the mature empirical or theoretical formula, dedicated software is used to analyze the FEI. This article applies general software ANSYS (modal analysis) and numerical calculation software MATLAB to simulate FEI. The results are trustworthy, and this method can be used to predict the FEI.
