本文介绍辅助给水系统TWL-45S汽动泵主要部件的结构及流量控制等工作原理,详细分析机械脱扣装置的构造,并结合实例说明脱扣螺栓的原理及调整方法等技术内容,为设备的调试运行提供参考。
This article introduces the structure of the main parts of TWL-45S type turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pump and the principle of its flow control. Meanwhile, it analyzes the detailed structure of the mechanical tripping device, and according to the existing example, the article explains the principle of operation and adjusting method of overspeed trip bolt, so as to provide reference for equipment commissioning and maintenance.
