核电厂屏蔽电动机泵轴套推力盘耐磨层堆焊工艺方法探讨

摘要 本文针对核电厂屏蔽电动机泵轴套、推力盘耐磨耐蚀层GTAW堆焊方法,对比了手动和自动堆焊工艺及焊接过程的异同,评估了影响成品检测结果的冶金学因素与工艺因素,给出了关于工艺方法的评估结论。 To focus on GTAW build-up welding on canned motor pump bearing cover used by nuclear power plant and anti-wear and anti-corrosion layer of thrust plate, the paper assesses metallurgy and technological factors that influence finished product testing results by comparing the difference between manual and automatic build-up welding technologies and processes so as to draw a conclusion regarding techniques assessment.
