摘要
本文针对移栽机鸭嘴提高耐磨性进行研究分析,从使用材料和热处理工艺等方面进行试验,对用低碳钢为原材料制作的移栽机鸭嘴,进行热处理、硬度测验和金像组织分析、找出鸭嘴因磨损而导致使用寿命降低的原因,提出有效的热处理方案,从而来提高移栽机鸭嘴的耐磨性和使用寿命。
Transplanting machine duck mouth, the author of this paper improves abrasion resistance for this paper, from aspects of the use of materials and heat treatment process to test and to made of low carbon steel as raw materials of duckbill transplanting machine, heat treatment, hardness test, and thou hast set up organization analysis, find out duck mouth cause of reduced service life due to abrasion, effective heat treatment scheme is put forward, thus to improve transplanting machine duck mouth wear resistance and service life.
