The Experience of the Implementation of the Department Annual Assessment Ranking Management

摘要 为客观、公正、全面地评价科室年度工作,坚持/一切以病人为中心,突出中医特色0的宗旨,我院结合科室综合目标,利用平衡记分卡的原理,设计了科室年度考核分级管理制度。每年对科室从财务、客户、内部流程和学习成长四个层面进行考核评分,并根据分值将科室分为不同级别,予以奖惩。该制度实行几年来,取得了明显的效果,促进了医院的健康发展。 In order to evaluate annual performance of each department objectively, fairly and comprehensively and insist on the purpose of "all patient-centered and promoting Chinese traditional medicine", our hospital has designed the annual assessment classifi- cation management system combined with departmental goals with the use of balanced scorecard principle. Every year, all depart- ments are scored in four aspects: finance, customer, internal process and professional development. According to the scores, depart- ments are divided into different levels with corresponding rewards or punishments. This system was implemented in recent years, ob- tained remarkable results, and promoted the healthy development of the hospital.
