Clinical Ability Training of Anesthesia Professional Resident Doctors

目的探讨麻醉科住院医师临床能力培养的方式与方法。方法培养分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统的临床带教方法。观察组采用新的带教方法。新的带教方法即根据住院医师规范化培训的要求,结合本院实际情况,利用北京地区优质医疗资源,制定科学合理的住院医师培训计划;培训内容:麻醉基本理论、基本技能、围术期管理、专科麻醉培训。带教方式:"一带一"导师制式带教、临床技能量化制、典型病例模拟演示、病案讨论、专题讲座等。考评以出科考核成绩加以分析。结果住院医师期满,两组考试、考核全部合格(100%),观察组成绩优秀率达75.00%,基础理论知识、基本技能、专业知识、操作技能成绩明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论本院麻醉科对住院医师实施多方位、多资源、有计划、有目标的培养,注重提高麻醉专业住院医师独立工作能力,教学质量良好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the modes and methods of the ability cultivation of our hospital anesthesiology residents. Meth- otis The cultivation was divided into control group and observation group. The control group used traditional methods of clinical teach- ing while the observation group adopted new teaching method. According to the requirement of resident standardization training, combined with the practical situation of our hospital anesthesiology, the new teaching method used high quality medical resources in Beijing, formulated scientific and rational residency training program. The training content concluded anesthesia basic theory, basic skills, perioperative management and professional training in anesthesia. The teaching methods were ＂one to one＂ tutor system, sys- tem of teaching clinical skills, quantitative sim^ation, typical cases demonstration, organization of regular medical record discussion, thematic lectures and so on. Then the evaluation was analyzed by performance assessment. Results After full residency period, all doctors were qualified through examination（lO0%）, assessment performance excellence rate was 75.00% in the observation group, and the basic theoretical knowledge, basic skills, professional knowledge, operation skill scores are significantly higher than the con- trol group, and two groups had significant difference（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions We conduct multi-aspects, various resource, planned and targeted clinical cultivation, pay more attention to improve the clinical ability of anesthesia professional hospital doctors to work independently, and got good teaching quality which was worthy of promotion.
