摘要
创新型教师对创新人才的培养具有至关重要的意义。创新型教师具有强烈鲜明的创新品格、先进科学的教育理念、开放合理的知识体系、灵活流畅的思维风格、自我发展的主体意识等特征;培养创新型教师要完善教师培养体系,实施人性化的学校管理,并引导教师自主创新。
Innovative teacher is essential for the cultivation of innovative talents. Innovative teachers is with features of strong distinctive innovation character, advanced scientificphilosophy of education, open and reasonable knowledge system, flexible smooth thinking style ,and self- development consciousness. We could from the following aspects of perfect training system, implementation of the school management with humanity guide teacher autonomy self innovation to improve the innovative teacher training.
