网络环境下公务人员媒介素养现状、问题与对策

网络环境下,媒体格局发生了重大变化,对国家公务人员的媒介素养提出了更高的要求。目前,公务人员媒介素养存在的主要问题有:不了解网络环境下的传播规律,对网络媒体存在抵触、畏惧心理,新媒体舆论引导能力欠缺,不能用来为做好工作服务。国家公务人员亟需转变观念,主动接受媒体、善待媒体,并且通过学习、培训等手段,掌握网络话语权,提高运用新媒体解决实际问题的能力,提高政府部门的公信力。

At present, the main problems of public servants media literacy are： They do not understand the propagation law in network environment; They have resistance and fear psychology for the existence of network media; They lack of ability to guide public opinion on new media; Thay can not do the good work of services. Public servants must change their ideas, accept the media actively, treat the media, and by learning and training, master network voice, increase the ability to solve practical problems by using new media, thereby improving the credibility of the government department.
