疱疹止痛灵治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床与实验研究

Clinical and experimental studies on effect of Herpetic neuralgia killer on postherpetic neuralgia

目的 探讨疱疹止痛灵 (HNK)治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛 (PHN)的效果和镇痛作用机制。方法 对疱疹止痛灵进行了系统的临床观察和动物实验研究。结果 临床应用疱疹止痛灵治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛 315例 ,总有效率 96 .5 % ,而对照组 79例 ,总有效率 44 .3% ,结果显示治疗组优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,实验证明疱疹止痛灵镇痛作用于外周交感神经末稍 ,对侧脑室给予疱疹止痛灵无镇痛作用。结论 疱疹止痛灵能有效治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛 ,止痛部位在外周交感神经末稍 ,而不是神经中枢。

Obejctive To explore the effect of herpetic neuralgia killer(HNK) on treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and its analgesic mechanism. Methods Clinical observation and animal experimental study was made on effect of herpetic neuralgia killer. Results 315 cases in treated group was treated with HNK and 79 cases in control group,the total effective rate was 96.5% and 44.3% respectively. Conclusion The treated group had a better curative effect than the control group. The effect of HNK for treatment of postherpetic neuralgia was affirmative. It demonstrated that HNK could block the afferent transduction of sympathetic terminals. The HNK injected cerebroventricularly had no effect on analgesia. The location of analgesia is the afferent transduction of sympathetic terminals,not nerve center.
