摘要
医案是中医经验传承的重要载体,从灵感——创新之所需、知识——临床之所用、意者——医之高深、警示——诊治之所避4个方面深入地解析医案,探索医案中的灵感、知识、为医之境界及临床警示,对于继承医家学术特色,提高中医临床疗效和升华中医理论,具有重要意义。
Medical records are the important carriers of TCM therapeutic experience.The paper analyzed medical records for exploring the inspiration-innovation,knowledge-clinic,medical realm-profundity and clinical cautionprevention.It is significant to the inheritance of TCM academic features,improvement of clinical effect and sublimation of TCM theory.
