摘要
企业危机公关管理的意义在于一个企业在其存在和发展过程中往往会遇到各种意想不到的危机事件,在危机事件中具有强烈的公关意识相当重要。全文引用圣元奶粉致死门事件为例,简要概括了当前我国企业面临危机所表现出来的特点,从危机的内涵、特点,到危机预警机制的建立、防御策略方面提出了自己的观点。
The importance of enterprise crisis public relations management lies in that it can help solve diferent kinds of problems an enterprise will encounter in its development process. Using the death case of Syrutra milk events as the background, this thesis briefly summarizes the characteristics of China's enterprises show whenthey encountered with crisis. From the early warning mechanism of crisis and the establishment of measures, this thesis puts forward its own point of view.
