摘要
老年性痴呆的发病机理为脏腑功能失司 ,心脾肾亏虚 ,痰瘀互结 ,肠中有渣 ,气血不畅 ,而肾中精气亏损是其基础。是故其治宜整体调节 ,尤应以补肾填精为主 ,而补肾填精则强调“阴中求阳”。故阴中求阳法是老年性痴呆的基本治法。
The pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease is dysfunction of Zang and Fu,insufficiency of the spleen,heart and kidney,accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,derangement of Qi and blood.The basic pathogenesis is the deficiency of the kidney essence.In clinic,the prominent treatment is adjusting the wholism and tonifying the kidney essence which emphasing Seeking Yang in Yin.So Seeking Yang in Yin is basic treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
