60 Cases of Acute Epidural Hematoma with Combinational Treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine

以中西医结合治疗急性硬膜外血肿 60例 ,临床疗效满意。据文献报道 ,血肿量 <2 0 ml可行非手术治疗 ,通过临床观察 ,硬膜外血肿量在 2 0 ml以上 ,4 0 ml以下 ,病人意识逐渐转清 ,无进行性高颅压表现者 ,在严密观察及定时 CT监测下 ,均可施本法治疗。

To treat 60 cases of acute epidural hematoma with combination of Chinese and western medicine with a satisfying clinical result.According to other literatures,non-operative treatment can be carried out with the hematoma's volume<20ml.Through our clinical observation,under close observation and regular CT surveillance,this treatment can be adopted with the volume of epidural hematoma between 20ml and 40ml,and the patient's consciousness being clean-headed gradually,also,no progressive intracranial hypertension.
