替加氟缓释片的制备

Preparation of sustained-release tablets of tegafur with chitosan

目的 :制备替加氟缓释片并测定释放度。方法 :以甲壳胺作为辅料 ,采用湿颗粒法制备了替加氟缓释片 ,以 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液作为溶解介质 ,采用转篮法测定了替加氟缓释片的释药情况 ,与市场所售替加氟片作了对比。结果 :替加氟缓释片在 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液中可持续释放达 12h以上。结论 :替加氟缓释片在酸性溶液中具有显著的缓释作用。

OBJECTIVE:In order to prepare the sustained release tablets of tegafur.METHODS:Sustained tablets were prepared by direct compressing with an excipient of chitosan, and the release characteristics of the tablets were evaluated in 0.1 mol·L -1 HCl and compared with market tegafur tablets . RESULTS:The sustained tablets could maintain release of tegafur above 12h. CONCLUSIONS:Chitosan may be used for the preparation of the sustained release tablets of tegafur. [
