摘要
目的 :对活性炭吸附替硝唑的因素进行实验考察。方法 :通过均匀设计法对影响活性炭吸附替硝唑的影响因素如药物浓度、pH值、加炭量、温度和加热时间等进行考察。 结果 :实验证明 ,活性炭对替硝唑有明显的吸附作用 ,在替硝唑浓度为2 .0 % ,pH值为4.0 ,加炭量为 0 .0 2 % ,温度为 6 0℃及加热时间为 10min的优化条件下时 ,活性炭对替硝唑的吸附量最小。结论 :配制替硝唑葡萄糖注射液时要对上述影响因素进行控制 ,提高产品质量。
OBJECTIVE:To study the influencing factors of active charcoal adsorbing tinidazole in solution. METHODS:The factors such as drug concentration, pH value, amount of active charcoal added, temperature of solution, and time of heating which influence active charcoal adsorbing tinidazole were studied using uniform design.RESULTS:The experimental results indicated that active charcoal transparently adsorbed tinidazole in solution. The amount of active charcoal adsorbing tinidazole were induced to the smallest degree in the conditions of drug concentration of 2.0 %, pH of 4.0 , amount of active charcoal of 0.02% , solution temperature of 60 ℃, and heating time of 10 minutes. CONCLUSIONS:In order to enhancing quality of product the above factors which affected active charcoal adsorbing tinidazole would be controlled in preparation of tinidazole glucose injection. [
