基于自主创新能力提升的学习型组织创建

摘要 优化产业结构、加速产业转型升级需要整个社会自主创新能力的提升。组织是社会的基本单元,社会的基础。文章从提升组织自主创新能力的视角出发,系统梳理与分析学习型组织建构模型与组织学习过程理论,提出自主创新能力提升需求背景下的学习型组织创建路径与对策。 It requires the whole community to enhance the ability of independent innovation to optimize the industrial structure and accelerate industrial restructuring and upgrading. The organization is the basic unit and the foundation of a society. This paper, from the perspective of independent innovation, introduces the learning organization construction model and learning process model, and proposes a solution to the creation of learning organization under the demand for improvement of independent innovation ability.
