The Development of Canadian Real Estate Industry and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要 在美国次贷危机和欧债危机的双重夹击下,美国、希腊、西班牙等地区的房地产泡沫相继爆破。然而,加拿大房地产市场经过十年的畅旺后仍屹立不倒。如同加拿大的金融系统,加拿大房地产市场的稳健程度享誉全球。文章分析了21世纪以来加拿大房地产业发展的现状,探讨了影响加拿大房地产业发展的主要因素,讨论了加拿大房地产发展的主要特征,在此基础上提出了对中国房地产业发展的若干启示和借鉴。 When the subprime crisis and European debt crisis are busting housingbubbles in the USA, Greek And Spain, the Canadian housing market, after 10 years of enviable records, continues to boom. The country is known throughout the world for its robust financial system and housing market. Based on Canada's macroeconomic situation, this paper examines the developing situation of Canadian real-estate market, analyzes the infect factors, explores the main features of Canadian real estate, and concludes with lessons that China can learn from the effective Canadian way of regulating real estate market.
