摘要
要构建我国和谐稳定的劳动关系,就要以科学发展观为指导,牢固树立以人为本的理念,围绕劳动关系的建立、运行、监督和调处等各个环节,建立起相对完备的劳动法律体系、行之有效的劳动关系调处机制和坚强有力的劳动法律监督检查制度,充分发挥政府、劳动者和工会、企业和企业代表组织等各方的能动作用,进而促进规范有序、公正合理、互利共赢、和谐稳定的社会主义新型劳动关系的建立与完善。
To build a harmonious and stable labor relations in our country, it is necessary to take the scientific development con- cept as a guide, firmly establish people-oriented concept, around the establishment, operation, supervision and mediation of labor rela- tions establish a relatively complete legal labor system, an effective mechanism for mediating labor relations and a strong and effective supervision and inspection system of labor laws, give full play to the dynamic functions of the government, workers, trade unions, busi- nesses, business representative organizations and other parties, thus contribute to the estabhshment and improvement of an orderly, fair, reasonable, mutually-win, harmonious and stable new labor relations of socialist.
