人才是企业发展壮大的基石和支撑。全面提升职工素质是一项系统工程,需要我们正确认识当前企业职工队伍素质的现状及存在的问题;以职工培训教育为主渠道,做好职工技能素质提升工作;以岗位为依托,教育引导职工岗位建功成才;以技能竞赛比武活动为契机,持续提高职工的业务技能;注重工作创新,不断提高职工素质提升工作的针对性;还要加强领导和统筹协调,为职工技能素质提升工作提供有力保障。
Talent is the cornerstone and support of enterprise development and growth. Raising the overall quality of staff is a sys- tematic project, and we need to correctly understand the .current situation and problems of the business workforce quality; use staff training and education as the main channel to enhance the quality of staff skills; take positions as basis to educate and guide workers to make achievements and be talents; apply skills competition and contest as an opportunity to continue improving their business skills; emphasize on work innovation to improve the workers quality and enhance the pertinence; also strengthen leadership and coordina- tion to provide effective protection for the work of enhancing the staff skill quality.
