《时病论》外感病观初探

通过探析《时病论》有关外感病的论述,表明在清代寒温争论之时就有力图使寒温合一的外感病学专著出现。该书全面总结了中医外感病的治疗方法和经验,对中医外感病学的形成和发展有很大影响。鉴于目前高等中医院校仍将外感病学范围内的温病学说和伤寒学说作为两门学科开设,重习雷氏之见,对建立外感病学新学科有着重要的现实意义。

By making the inquiry of discussion of affection by exopathogen on the book of ShiBingLun, it suggested that the monograph had been come out which tried to roll the school of the cold and the warm into one with the argument of the school of the cold and the warm in Qin Dynasty. The book sums up the experience and treatments of affection by exopathogen of traditional Chinese medicine completely. It has a great influence on the formation and development of the science of affection by exopathogen. In view that the TCM college still refers the Doctrine of Seasonal Febrile Disease and Doctrine of Febrile Disease as two courses in the range of affection by exopathogen, the monograph of LeiShi's was inquired again which has realistic significance to build a new course of affection by exopathogen.
