钠氢交换体及其抑制物在急性肺损伤中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨钠氢交换体及其抑制物在急性肺损伤中的作用。方法 应用内毒素 (LPS ,5mg/kg)复制大鼠急性肺损伤模型。将 2 1只SD大鼠随机分成三组 :正常对照组 (NS组 ) ;内毒素组 (LPS组 ) ;LPS +DMA组 (L&D组 ) ,该组以钠氢交换体抑制物DMA(5mg/kg)预处理。大鼠均于 5小时后处死。然后测定各组的肺系数 (LI)及血浆和支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中的TNF、ET - 1、NO的浓度变化。结果 L&D组肺系数及血浆和BALF中的TNF、ET - 1、NO浓度的增加 ,均明显低于LPS组(P <0 0 1)。结论 NHE抑制物对急性肺损伤具有保护作用 。 Objective To investigate the effect of NHE and its inhibitor in acute lung injury.Methods Used Lipopolysaceharide(LPS,5 mg/kg)to reproduct the model of acute lung injury in rats.Twenty-one adult SD rats (170~230 g)were divided averagely into three group as follow:control group;LPS group;DMA pretreative group.After five hours,killed the rats all.And then,calculated the lung index,and detected the concentration of TNF、ET-1 and NO in the blood and the bronchealveolar lavage fluid(BALF).Result Compared with the LPS group,elevation of the LI and the concentration of the cytokines(such as TNF、ET-1 and NO)in the blood and the BALF was eventurely less in the DMA pretreative group( P <0 01).Conclusion The NHE inhibitor can protect acute lung injury,and NHE involves in acute lung injury exactly. [
