Synthesis of Rimantadine Hydrochloride

以金刚烷为起始原料 ,经溴化、乙酰化、甲酰胺加成和水解反应 ,制得盐酸金刚乙胺 ,总收率 31.5 %。

Rimantadine hydrochloride was synthesized from adamantane via bromination, acetylation and addition with formamide followed by hydrolysis. The overall yield was 31.5%.
