摘要 在一定 p H值和离子强度下 ,糖胺聚糖类 ( )物质在 10~ 2 0 0 μg/m l浓度范围内 ,与氯化十六烷基吡啶溶液反应所生沉淀在 6 80 nm波长处的吸收度与 的浓度呈线性关系 ,相关系数均大于 0 .9990。根据上述原理设计的方法较 Elson- Morgan法及硫酸 -咔唑法方便、简捷、重现性好 ,回收率在 99%~ 10 1%之间 ,在 2 h内吸收度保持稳定(RSD=0 .134% )。蛋白质、聚乙烯醇等化学试剂对其影响较小。 Based on the property of glycosaminoglycans (Ⅰ), including chondroitin sulfate (1), heparin sulfate (2) and hyaluronic acid (3), to react quantitatively with cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) to form suspending precipitate, a method for determination of Ⅰ was established. The result showed that under proper pH value and ion strength, the absorbency of the precipitate at 680 nm had a good linearity with the concentration of Ⅰ in the range of 10~200 μg/ml ( r >0.9990). Ⅰ could be assayed by this method when reference standard Ⅰ was used as a control.
