摘要 针对北方日光温室卷帘机控制系统中存在的安全隐患大、有线网络覆盖率低等问题,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的卷帘机远程控制系统。该系统采用C/S架构,应用TCP技术及基于3G+VPN技术搭建的虚拟局域网实现网络传输;通过LabVIEW调用ActiveX插件的技术调用视频服务器,使系统具有远程网络监测功能,实现操作人员不在现场时对卷帘机的控制,有效降低安全事故的发生;外接接近式限位开关,避免卷帘机工作时保温被卷不到位或卷越位,同时管状电机自带热保护和刹车系统,有效地提高了卷帘系统的安全性能。实际运行结果表明:系统能较好地满足温室环境参数远程实时监控要求,且具有实用性高和可靠性高等特点,为温室的生产管理提供决策依据。 In this paper, in allusion to the problems such as large potential safety hazard,low cable network coverage, in northern Greenhouse shutter control system, a LabVIEW-based remote control system of rolling machine has been designed by using C/S architecture and the TCP technology. This system realized the network transmission on the virtual LAN based on 3G+VPN technology. Invoking video server through calling the active X plugin by LabVIEW, the syetem has a function of remote network monitoring making the implement of operator's control of the roller machine out of the field and effectively reducing the safety accidents. The application of limit switch avoided the situation that the rolling machine does not reach the designed position or beyond the designed position.The built-in thermal shutdown and baking system of the tubular motor effectively improve the safety performance of shutter system. Practical running showed that the system could well meet the requirements of remote real-time monitoring of greenhouse environment parameters, and has high practicability and reliability, which offers the decision basis for greenhouse production management
