冬季根际加温对日光温室水培油菜产量和品质的影响 被引量:9

Effectof Rhizosphere Heating Pattern Improving the Growth and Quality of Hydroponic Rape in Chinese Solar Greenhouse During Winter

摘要 日光温室中土壤温度滞后于气温的变化,两者不能同时达到植物生长所需的较佳生理适温。采用(21±1)℃和10:00~14:00的根际加温方式,研究根际加温对冬季水培油菜生长、产量以及品质的影响。研究表明,(21±1)℃和10:00~14:00的根际加温方式处理下油菜叶片的叶绿素含量显著增加23.65%,CAT活性略有增加,SOD活性两者无显著性差异;根际加温可以显著促进油菜的生长,株高分别增加51.23%,但油菜叶片数量差异不显著。根际加温方式可以增加水培油菜产量,植株地上部、地下部鲜重分别增加85.34%和232.61%;植株地上部、地下部干重81.74%和141.93%,同时,能够改善油菜的品质,显著提高油菜叶片的维生素C含量为38.64%,而硝酸盐含量略有下降。这为冬季日光温室根际加温方式提供了理论依据。 Change of soil temperature lagging behind air temperature in solar greenhouse, which leads that they cannot achieve the suitable physiological temperature required simuhaneously and this phenomenon is unfavorable to the plant growth. In this experiment, hydroponics rape test was carried on with different treatments to study the effects of rhizosphere heating pattern((21± 1)℃and 10:00-14:00)on rape growth, yield and quality. Results show that the rhizosphere heating can improve the rape growth significantly. The leaf chlorophyll content of heating treatment was increased by 23.65% than no heating treatment, the CAT activity was increased slightly and no significant difference was found in SOD activity. The plant height was increased by51.23% significantly;While there was no significant difference in leaf number. Also, the rhizosphere heating pattern makes the yield increased significantly. The rape seedlings" shoot and root fresh weight and dry weight were increased by85.34% ;232.61%; 81.74% and 141.93%.Meanwhile, the rhizosphere heating pattern can improve the quality of the hydroponic rape. Ve content of rape leaves was increased by 38.64% ,while the nitrate content was decreased slightly. Results of this study provide certain theory reference of rhizosphere heating pattern to improve the hydroponic rape yield and quality of Chinese solar greenhouse in winter.
