摘要
为了研究新型滑盖式节能日光温室钢桁架的应力状态和平面稳定性,对新型滑盖式节能日光温室钢桁架进行加载试验,并测得钢桁架的实际应变值,分析测试验数据以及试验过程中桁架杆件的变形情况。结果表明:钢桁架只有少数杆件达到屈服强度,大部分杆件应力均较小,没有充分发挥其力学性能,桁架承载能力具有较大提升空间;钢桁架破坏为失稳破坏,加强桁架的纵向支撑可极大提高其整体稳定性。
In order to study stress state and stability of novel sliding energy-saving solar greenhouse's steel truss, the load test was carried out, and the analysis of the test data and truss rod deformation were obtained.The results showed that only a minority of steel truss rods to the yield strength, most bar stress were smaller, did not give full play to its mechanical properties, bearing capacity has larger ascension space. While steel truss damage was buckling failure, and strengthen the longitudinal truss support could greatly improve the overall stability.
