摘要
目的了解济宁市流感大流行后流感监测网络的运行状况,评价流感监测的工作质量方法收集济宁市2011~2013年流感监测数据,利用Excel2007整理,使用SPSS15.0统计软件统计学分析。结果2011~2012年度流感样病例百分比(ILI%)为2.00%,峰值为2011年第50周,11.1%为4.89%;2012~2013年度ILI%为1.38%,峰值为2013年第6周,ILI%为2.00%;两监测年度ILI%差异有统计学意义(χ2=1080.69,P〈0.01);流感样病例冬春季较多,以5岁以下儿童为主,儿科门诊报告居多,国家级哨点医院高于省级哨点医院,济宁市暴发疫情处置规范,每年能够分离30株病毒,但ILI报告及时性、标本送检及时性及病毒分离等工作质量不高。结论济宁市流感监测系统总体运行正常,但监测质量出现不同程度下滑,提示应强化人员培训和技术指导、做好流感监测网络管理和质量控制。
Objective To ascertain the operational status of an influenza surveillance network after influenza epidemics and evaluate the quality of influenza surveillance. Methods Data on influenza surveillance were collected from 2011 to 2013 in Jining, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 15.0 after collating data in Excel 2007. Results The percentage o{ cases of influenza-like illness (ILia) was 2.00% from 2011 to 2012, and the ILI% peaked at 4.89%0 in Week 50 of 2011. The ILI% was 1.38% from 2012 to 2013, and the ILI% peaked at 2.00% in Week 6 of 2013. There were significant differences (X% =1080.69, P〈%0.01) in the ILI% during the 2 years of surveillance. Winter and spring marked the peak in influenza epidemics. Patients were mostly children under the age of 5. The ILI% at state sentinel hos pitals was higher than that at provincial sentinel hospitals. Responses to outbreaks were standardized. Up to 30 strains were isolated each year, but ILI is not promptly reported, specimens are not promptly inspected, and efforts to isolate viruses are not full fledged. Conclusion The influenza surveillance system is operating normally in Jining, lout there is varying decline in the quality of surveillance. Training of personnel and technical guidance should be enhanced, and the influenza surveillance network should he managed appropriately and its quality should he maintained.
