摘要
巨噬细胞在体内参与非特异性防御(先天性免疫)和特异性防御(获得性免疫)。巨噬细胞的铁代谢又对机体免疫起着至关重要的作用。在基本代谢途径中,铁是机体和病原菌都必不可少的辅助因子。铁在先天性免疫中起着重要作用,可生成有毒的氧和氮的中间体。在病原菌侵入机体后,病原菌将争夺宿主体内的铁以维持自身代谢。本文综述了巨噬细胞的铁代谢及其在机体免疫中的作用的研究进展。
Macrophages in the body participate in non-specific defense (congenital immunity) and specific defense (acquired immunity). Iron metabolism by macrophages also plays a crucial role in an organism's immunity. In basic metabolic pathways, iron is an indispensable auxiliary factor for an organism and pathogens. Iron plays an important role in innate immunity, and it can generate toxic oxygen and nitrogen intermediates. Once a pathogen invades an organism, it can compete with the host for iron in order to sustain its metabolism. This paper summarizes advances in the study of iron metabolism by macrophages and the effects of iron metabolism in organism immunity.
