Five Transformations——Ecological Design Conception of Economically Affordable Housing

作为国家保障性住房,经济适用房在我国住宅建设中具有非常重要的意义。文章基于生态设计的理念提出观念转变、规划转变、节能技术转变、户型设计转变和家装转变五个变的思想,以常州已建经济适用房为例,探讨在变化中持续发展的经济适用房建设之路。

As the national affordable housing, economically affordable housing is very important in housing construction in China. This paper puts forward five ideas of transformation including perception, planning, energy-saving technology, design of apartments and the decoration of the housing, which are based on the concept of ecological design idea. A case study of affordable housing in Changzhou is made to explore the sustainable developed approach to the affordable housing construction.
