子宫内膜癌的全面手术分期 被引量：1

摘要 子宫内膜癌是美国最为常见的妇科肿瘤，每年新增病例43470例，约占女性肿瘤的6％[1]。大部分的病例在早期即被确诊，可通过手术治愈。局部发病的患者有96％的5年生存率，而区域疾病患者和转移患者则下降至67％和17％。 基于国际妇产科联盟（FIGO）的标准，子宫内膜癌采用手术分期[2-3]。尽管有这些准则，子宫内膜癌的全面分期手术的实施仍存在争议。
