摘要
近年来,妇科肿瘤手术在理念和目标、方式和技术、器械和设备等方面均发生了新的变化和发展。为提高治疗效果、降低手术创伤、加快手术后恢复、保留生理功能、提高生活质量,个体化手术成为当代妇科手术的发展趋势。上世纪九十年代以来,随着腹腔镜技术在妇科手术中的广泛应用和成熟、经阴道手术技术的发展和适应证拓展、
