摘要
子宫内膜由功能层和基底层组成,其功能层随卵巢激素而发生周期性变化,在女性生育期可发生超过400次的增生、分化及脱落,显现出活跃、强大的再生能力。早在上世纪七十年代,Prianishnik—OV[1]就提出了子宫内膜干细胞的假说,认为参与子宫内膜功能层增生修复的是一类具有高度增殖、自我更新和分化潜能的内膜干细胞。目前随着干细胞研究的发展,通过细胞克隆、干细胞分离鉴定、诱导分化等研究证实在子宫内膜、蜕膜及月经血中均存在干细胞,
