Appraisal report on the construction of hospital computer networks in Jiangsu Province

对 14所医院的计算机网络进行了评估分析。引进计算机参与医院管理 ,加强了医院的规范化、标准化管理。由于诸多原因的影响 ,也出现了一些不容忽视的问题。为此建议提高医院管理者的科学决策水平 ,减少计算机网络建设投资的盲目性 ;尽快制订医院计算机软件开发应用标准 ,以规范医院信息系统的开发和应用 ,指导医院有计划、按标准发展 ,逐步实现医院信息共享 ;统一信息编码标准 ;从战略高度设计开发医院信息系统 ,在软硬件和网络建设上留有充分余地 ;规范医院内部管理 ,建立一套现代医院的科学管理模式。

An appraisal of the computer networks in 14 hospitals has led to the discovery that while standardized management of hospitals has been enhanced through the introduction of the computer in hospital management, some problems allowing of no neglect have arisen due to the influence of many factors. To solve these problems, the following suggestions are put forward: enhancing the level of scientific decision-making by hospital managers and reducing blindness in investment in the construction of computer networks; formulating as soon as possible the standards for the development and application of hospital computer software so as to standardize the development and application of HIS, guide the development of hospitals according to plans and standards, and gradually realize hospital information sharing; unifying the standards for information coding; designing and developing HIS from the strategic perspective and leaving enough leeway in hardware and software development and network construction; and standardizing management within hospitals and setting up a scientific management model suitable for modern hospitals.
