摘要
为避免纳米碳酸钙在水中团聚,采用可生物降解的改性聚环氧琥珀酸作为分散剂。由于改性聚环氧琥珀酸结构单元中有强极性磺酸基团,增强了分散液粒子之间的静电斥力。与聚环氧琥珀酸相比,改性聚环氧琥珀酸作分散剂时纳米碳酸钙悬浊液的稳定性更好,分散液粒子的粒径更小,流动性更好。将三聚磷酸钠作协同分散剂与其配合使用后,可显著提高改性聚环氧琥珀酸对纳米碳酸钙的分散效果。
In order to avoid the agglomeration of nano-sized CaCO3 in water, biodegradable modified polyepoxysulfosueeinie acid was used as the dispersant.Due to its structural unit containing strong polar sulfonate acid group, the electrostatic repul- sion force among particles in the suspension was increased.When it was employed as dispersant, nano-sized CaCO3 slurry had better stability, smaller particle size,and better flowability compared with unmodified polyepoxysulfosuceinie acid.When co-operating with sodium tripolyphosphate,whieh used as the assistant dispersant,the dispersion effeet of modified polye- poxysulfosuecinie acid on nano-sized CaCO3 were obviously increased.
