摘要 简述了氟硅酸的年副产量以及对其"氟、硅"的循环利用开发状况;重点阐述了利用氟硅酸与水玻璃反应制取绿色轮胎级白炭黑工艺的研究现状,包括工艺原料、反应机理、生产工艺、工艺难点和关键点、主要设备以及对工艺进行了综合评价;对比说明了传统法白炭黑与氟硅酸和水玻璃反应制得的白炭黑产品的质量差异,为中国白炭黑的质量提升和发展奠定了技术支撑。 The annual output of the by-product,hydrofluosilicic acid,as well as the recycling development status of its 'fluorine and silicon'was introduced. Especially, the present research status, including raw materials, reaction mechanism, process flow, difficulties, key points, and main equipments of the preparation process of green tire grade silica by the reaction between hydrofluosilicic acid and sodium silicate was described in detail, and a comprehensive evaluation on the process was also made.The differences in the quality of silica products by traditional method and by hydrofluosilicic acid-water glass pro- cess were compared ,which will be a technical support for China's silica quality improvement and development.
