摘要
采用浸渍法在酸化处理过的凹凸棒石上负载Fe系和Ag系化合物,在N2条件下活化制备脱硫剂,通过正交试验进行模拟汽油中噻吩的脱硫工艺条件优化。结果表明:Fe系化合物含量12%,Ag系化合物含量2%,在N2保护的条件下300℃焙烧4h制备脱硫剂,在常温常压条件下,通过固定床脱硫,模拟汽油的噻吩含量从556×10-6降至平均106×10-6,脱硫率达到80.9%;铁和银氧化物活性中心有利于噻吩π电子键合。
Attapulgite desulfurizer was prepared by impregnating technique,in which the transi- tional metal Fe series and Ag series compounds were used as active components and the desulfuri- zer was activated in the condition of nitrogen. The optimum conditions of the preparation and re- moval of thiophene in model gasoline for desulfurizer were obtained by orthogonal method. It was showed that 12% Fe series compound and 2% Ag series compound as active component, under the condition of nitrogen at 300 ℃ calcination for 4 h,the thiophene mass fraction in model gaso- line was reduced from 556 ×10-6 to 106× 10-6 under normal temperature and pressure, that the desulfurization rate was 80.9 %. The active center of iron oxide and silver oxides were propitious to combine the π electronic bond of thiophene.
