摘要
目的对不同产地的巴戟天进行生药学鉴别。方法采用基源、性状、显微、薄层等鉴别方法。结果巴戟天原植物为藤状灌木,叶对生,长椭圆形,全缘,托叶鞘状;头状花序排列于枝端,花冠白色;根圆柱形,表面灰黄色,断面皮部厚,紫色或淡紫色;根横切面皮层外侧石细胞单个或数个成群,断续排列成环;粉末中可见石细胞、含草酸钙针晶的薄壁细胞、导管和木栓细胞。不同产地巴戟天的薄层鉴别有所不同。结论巴戟天的鉴别特征明显、稳定,可作为药材鉴别的依据。
OBJECTIVE To identify the pharmacognostic characteristics of Morinda officinalis. METHODS The resource, crude drug traits and microscopic features of Morinda officinalis were studied. RESULTS Morinda officinalis was a vine - like shrub with leaves on study which were margin entire. The stipule was sheath. Its capitulum arranged sticks end and corolla were white. Roots of its crude drug were cylindrical, sallow on surface, fracture section of the roots showed a cutaneous thick which was purple or lavender. In cross section of the roots, sclereid on the outside of the cortex were single or several flocks, and intermittent arranged in ring. Within the powder of the crude drug, sclereid, cortical parenchyma cells contained calcium oxalate crystal, catheter and cork cells were abserved. The TLC showed that the Morinda officinalis from different areas had various chromatographic behavior. CONCLUSION The above pharmacognostical characters can provide the reference for identifving Morinda officinalis.
