摘要
目的 建立一种同时测定谷丙甘氨酸胶囊中谷氨酸、丙氨酸和甘氨酸的新方法.方法 根据氨基酸与Cu2+的络合反应,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)结合紫外可见光度法同时测定谷丙甘氨酸胶囊中3种氨基酸的含量.结果 标准模拟混合样品的回收率为99.0% ~ 99.4%.结论 所用方法不需要分离供试品,测量体系稳定,操作简便,对吸收光谱重叠较严重的多组分氨基酸复方制剂的同时测定具一定实用价值.,杨晓君。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of glutamic acid, alanine acid and glycine acid in the capsules. METHODS In light of complex reaction in amino acids with Cu^2+ , the partial least squares (PLS) method with ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to analyse the simultaneous determination of glutamic acid, alanine acid and glyeine acid in the capsules. RESULTS The average recovery rate of the three compounds in the synthetic samples was 99.0% - 99.4% , and RPEs was 0. 03% -0.09%. CONCLUSION The method has some practical value to analyze the overlapped spectra of multi - component in the compound preparation. The measurement system is stable and the method is sensitive, simple and convenient without separation.
