湖南华菱湘钢中水回用工程设计与运行

Design and Operation of Reclaimed Water Reuse Project in Hunan Hualing Xiangtan Steel Plant

摘要 湖南华菱湘钢中水回用工程设计规模为19.2×104m3/d,采用高效沉淀池/V型滤池/二氧化氯消毒工艺。介绍了该工艺的流程和设计参数,总结整理了调试、运行过程中出现的问题和解决方法。工程实践表明,该工艺出水水质指标均优于设计值,能够满足厂区回用要求。 The capacity of reclaimed water reuse project of Hunan Hualing Xiangtan Steel Plant is 19.2 x 104 m3/d, and the combined process of high efficiency sedimentation tank, V type filter and C10a disinfection is used. The flow and design parameters of the combined process were introduced. The prob- lems and solutions during commissioning and operation were summarized. The operation results showed that the effluent quality was better than design value, and the effluent could meet requirements of reuse.
