Resectability evaluation and treatment strategies of multiple recurrent retroperitoneal sarcoma

摘要 手术切除仍是复发的腹膜后肉瘤首选的治疗方法。多学科协作模式下全面评估肿瘤可切除性,制定合理的个体化治疗方案,为再手术创造条件,有利于改善预后,提高生存质量。 For retroperitoneal sarcoma, there is no other effective curative treatment method except surgery currently. The individualized treatment plan based on comprehensive preoperative evaluation by a muhidisciplinary team with expertise is conducive to improve the quality of life and the prognosis.
