光纤腔衰荡光谱与太赫兹波谱技术检测气体研究现状与展望

摘要 气体浓度的实时在线精确测量在人类健康、生命安全、环境保护、资源有效利用及大气遥感探测技术等方面有着十分重要的意义。本文首先介绍了光纤衰荡光谱技术检测气体浓度的最新研究进展;接着分析了太赫兹波在气体浓度探测中应用的优势、可行与局限性;最后对太赫兹波腔光纤衰荡光谱技术测量气体浓度技术方法和应用前景做了展望。 Real-time online accurate measurement of gas concentration has important significance in human health, life safety, environment monitoring, effective utilization of resources and atmospheric remote sensing detection. Firstly, the paper introduces the latest development of the optical fiber cavity ring-down spectra technology for the detection of gas concentration. Secondly, the advantages, feasibilities and limitations for the application of terahertz wave in the detection of gas concentration have been pointed out. Finally, the paper puts forward a suggestion for the technology and method of the ring - down cavity based on terahertz wave and its application prospect at gas detection.
