系统化护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者放射性口腔黏膜炎的影响 被引量:19

Systematic nursing intervention effect of inflammation of radioactive oral mucosa in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy

摘要 目的:探讨系统化护理干预对鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔黏膜反应的影响。方法:将220例鼻咽癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各110例,其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用系统化护理干预,观察两组患者的护理结果。结果:对照组患者中有6例因严重口腔黏膜反应而放弃治疗。观察组110例患者口腔粘膜反应能得到预防和控制,均顺利完成放射治疗,放射性口腔黏膜炎的发生率、严重程度均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:系统化护理干预能有效预防或减轻鼻咽癌患者放疗所致的放射性口腔黏膜炎。 Objective:To study the systematic nursing intervention effect on radioactive oral mucosa reaction in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods:220 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group 110 cases, among them the control group given conventional nursing, the observation group USES the systematic nursing intervention, observe two groups of patient care outcomes. Resuh:6 cases in the control group patients give up treatment for severe reactions of the oral mncosa. Observation group of 110 cases of patients with oral mucosa reaction can be prevention and control, the smooth completion of radiation therapy, the incidence, severity of inflammation of radioactive oral mucosa were significantly lower than control group, with significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: systematic nursing intervention can effectively prevent or reduce the radioactive oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
