摘要:以废船钢材为原料,通过增C,熔炼了生产铁素体球墨铸铁的生铁原料。并与高磷生铁球墨铸铁,高纯生铁球墨铸铁在力学性能、金相组织方面进行了对比。试验证明,采用废船钢材可生产抗拉强度为514--659MPa,伸长率为12%~23%的高韧性球墨铸铁。并通过对比研究揭示生铁中微量元素的性能危害、元素含量界限,为生产高韧性球墨铸铁提供了有益的参考。
Scrap steel from ship as raw material, the cast iron that produce the ferritic ductile iron by increasing the carbon was melted. And the ferritic ductile iron was compared with the ductile iron made of phosphorus cast iron and high purity iron in mechanical properties and microstructure. The results show that scrap steel from ship can produce high toughness ductile iron, tensile strength is 514-659 MPa, the elongation is 12%-23%. And the contrast study revealed property damage of trace element and the boundary of element content in pig iron, which provided the beneficial reference for the production of high toughness ductile cast iron.
