摘要
制备了一种以锆砂、电熔刚玉粉为基体材料,氯化钠为粘结剂,聚乙二醇作为增塑剂混合焙烧而成的水溶性陶瓷型芯。结果表明,水溶性陶瓷型芯的湿压强度可达到0.020 MPa,干抗拉强度可达到1.2 MPa,变形量小,型芯的水溶速率高达51.85 g/(min·m2)。同时对影响型芯的湿压强度、干拉强度、水溶性等性能的工艺因素及机理进行了探讨,并利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对型芯进行了EDS能谱微观分析。
A water-soluble ceramic core material is prepared which is composed of parent material, zircon sand, fused alumina powder, polyethylene glycol plasticzer, sodium chloride binder. The results indicate that the green compression strength of the soluble ceramic core can reach 0.020 MPa, dry tensile strength is as high as 1.20 MPa, and deformation is small. The solubility of suitable core material is 51.85 g/(min·m2). The wet compression strength, dry tensile strength, water solubility were studied, and the microstructures were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.
