摘要
环段铸件是某型飞机上的重要铸件,采用ZL205A合金砂型重力铸造,冶金质量要求高,要通过严格的X光、荧光检测。文中针对生产过程中产生的铸造缺陷进行分析,对熔化工艺、铸件结构、浇注系统等进行了改进,使产品质量大大提高,保证了产品的交付。
Ring casting is an important casting on a type of aircraft, using ZL205A alloy and sand mold gravity casting. It requires high metallurgy quality and needs to pass the strict X-ray and penetrant testing. The defects of production process were analyzed. The quality of casting was increased by improving the melting process, casting structure and pouring system and product delivery was ensured.
