Production and job transfer of local people in water source conserving areas of Shanxi: studies and exploration

温州市以水源保护为导向,以扶持库区发展为目标,对水源保护区群众的转产转业开展了大量调研和探索,切实推进水源保护区产业结构优化调整,确保了水源保护的长效。本文介绍了温州对水源保护区在资金、税收、土地、金融政策等方面的扶持,加大生态建设促进水源保护区可持续发展的措施,以及技术、宣传、信息、产业七大帮扶行动的细化措施。

In order to optimize industrial structure in water source conserving areas and meeting the target of long-term conservation of water source, a lot of researches and studies have been made for production and job transfer of local people under the guideline of water resources conservation and objectives of promoting development of reservoir areas in Wenzhou City. Supporting policies in terms of fund raising, taxation, land and finance are introduced. Other measures include ecological recovery, as well as technologies, raising awareness, informatization and industrialization.
