Construct national intelligent water network for securing water safety in China

在分析我国水安全宏观形势和主要问题的基础上,辨析了水安全保障能力的组成要件,提出了以国家智能水网工程建设为依托提升水安全保障能力的战略构想,介绍了智能水网的概念和系统结构,综述了国内外智能水网实践探索和产业发展动态,阐述了国家智能水网工程建设的主要内容和推进步骤,分析了国家智能水网工程建设中的主要科技创新方向,最后提出了加快国家智能水网工程建设的相关建议。

Taking the current situation and main problems associated with water safety in China, the formation of safeguarding system is studied. Strategic plan is proposed for upgrading safeguarding system based on the construction of national intelligent water net. An introduction is made on the concept and systematic structure of the intelligent water net. The main contents and progress of national water net project are explained along with introduction of intelligent technology development and application in China. The trend of future development and innovation as well as suggestion is presented in order to accelerate the construction of the project.
