牡丹皮中丹酚提取与浓缩的探讨

Discussion of Taking Delivery and Condensesing Phenol From Peony Tegument

用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取丹皮酚,收集馏出液,然后加入 NaOH 摇匀,浓缩至10ml,放冷加入 HCl,摇匀后稀释至500ml,用蒸馏水作空白,用分光光度法在274nm 波长处测吸收度,与原收集液的吸收度做比较。这个方法为丹皮酚的提取浓缩进行了初步尝试。

Taking delivery of peony tegument phenol by water vapor and gather up it,then join NaOH and shake up,condenses it to 10 ml,join HCl after cooling.Dilute it to 500 ml after shaking up,surrey percent of absorbability with distilling water and disjoining luminosity by wavelenyth of 274 nm contrast percent of old absorbabitity.The method is my first trying.
