摘要
在电力系统中安装动态电压恢复器(dynamic voltage restorer,DVR),需要确定安装容量及位置。DVR储能单元成本高,且与容量正相关,通过合理配置,可减少DVR总容量,降低DVR配置总成本。首先,建立了含多台DVR的配电网简化模型,分析了不同位置DVR安装容量需求。然后,以各敏感负载工作电压范围为约束条件,以DVR总容量最小为目标函数,基于遗传算法提出了配电网中多台DVR的优化配置策略。算例结果验证了该方法的可行性。
When DVR is intentionally used in utility power system, its capacity and installation site should be confirmed. In view of high cost of DVR energy storage unit that is positively related to the volume of DVR, through reasonable configuration the total capacity and total investment of DVRs could be reduced. Firstly, a simplified model of distribution network with multi DVRs is built and its demands on installation capacity of DVRs at different location are analyzed; secondly, taking working voltage range of sensitive loads as constraint and minimum total capacity of DVRs as objective function, based on genetic algorithm an optimal configuration strategy for multi DVRs in distribution network is proposed; finally, a typical case using the proposed DVR configuration strategy is tested and the feasibility of the proposed method is validated by test results.
